- Drag all non-essential Apple spam apps into a folder called Apple and keep it on the second home screen page
- Turn off all notifications for all apps except for Messages and Phone
- Turn off wifi by default
- Disable Mobile Data use by all apps
- Except for Notion app
- Turn off iCloud data usage
- Turn on the Do Not Disturb option on a schedule 10pm to 7am
- Turn off Background Refresh
- Location services should be set to off
- Turn off In App Reviewa
- Remove everything from the dashboard view except for Calendar : What’s Next view

Settings > App Store > Offload Unused Apps = No
